Risk-Free Transfer of Course Registrations for School Districts

Registrations paid by Georgia school districts may be transferred to another employee of the school district if the original registrant  ceases to be employed by the school district prior to completing the course, provided the previous registrant had not yet reached the one-year maximum course enrollment. School district employees who leave the employment of a school district that has paid for their course enrollment will be withdrawn from the course upon request of the school district that a substitute employee be granted access to the course.
