Registrations paid by Georgia school districts may be transferred to another employee of the school district if the original registrant ceases to be employed by the school district prior to completing the course, provided the previous registrant had not yet reached the one-year maximum course enrollment. Substitutions must be completed within 90 days of the original employee being unenrolled from the course.
